At FomCuso, each cushion is crafted just for you. Once your order is placed, our skilled factory team begins production within 1–2 business days. After production, cushions are carefully packed and shipped from China. Typical delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Packaging Note
Due to the large volume of foam inside our cushions, some products may arrive folded or with minor creases. These will naturally smooth out within a few days. You can also lightly steam the fabric to speed up the process.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue with your cushion—such as a defect or damage during shipping—please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the process of a replacement or refund.
Please note:
Custom-sized or personalized cushions cannot be returned unless defective.
Cushions must be in their original condition for any non-defective returns.
