  • Yes. All FomCuso cushions are made to order based on the size, shape, thickness, and fabric options you select. Each cushion is crafted specifically for your space.

  • Can I request a custom shape or special cut?
  • Absolutely. We support a wide range of custom shapes, including trapezoid, rounded corners, U-shapes, and other non-standard designs. If your project is complex, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


  • Is there a size tolerance for custom cushions?
  • Yes. Due to the handmade nature of custom cushions, a tolerance of ±1 inch may occur and is considered normal.

  • Will the cushion color match the product photos?
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and fabric dye lots. We recommend ordering a fabric sample if color accuracy is essential.

  • Are the cushions thick and firm as described?
  • Yes, our cushions are made with high-density foam. Some compression may occur during shipping—allow 3–5 days for full expansion.

  • What types of cushions do you offer?
  • We offer custom seat cushions, bench cushions, window seat cushions, outdoor cushions, replacement cushions, and cushions for special spaces such as RVs, boats, and cafes.

  • Are your fabrics suitable for outdoor use?
  • Yes. We offer outdoor-grade fabrics that are water-resistant, fade-resistant, and designed to withstand everyday outdoor conditions.

  • Is the fabric waterproof?
  • Our fabric is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Spills will bead up initially but may soak through if left unattended.

  • Does the cushion come with a non-slip bottom?
  • A non-slip bottom is available as an option. You can choose between this feature or having the bottom made from the same fabric as the top. Please select your preference when placing the order.

  • Do you offer fabric samples?
  • Yes, samples are available. We recommend ordering one to confirm color and texture before your full order.

  • How long does it take to make my cushion?
  • Once payment is confirmed, production typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
  • Because our cushions are custom-made, order changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • What information do I need to provide for a custom order?
  • You'll need to provide accurate measurements (length, width, thickness), fabric choice, and any special notes. Double-checking measurements before ordering is very important.

  • How do I ensure the correct size for my bench?
  • Measure your bench carefully and provide exact dimensions. We craft to your specifications—double-check measurements before ordering.

    Shipping & Returns

  • Where do you ship from?
  • FomCuso cushions are made and shipped from our professional cushion factory in China. Our factory specializes in custom cushion production and works directly with us to ensure consistent quality, proper measurements, and reliable craftsmanship for every order.

  • How long does shipping take?
  • Production takes 1–2 business days, followed by 7–15 business days for shipping, depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

  • Will I receive tracking information?
  • Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you ever need more up-to-date tracking information, just reach out to us and our team will gladly help.

  • Why does my cushion arrive folded and creased?
  • Because the foam inside the cushion is voluminous, it’s vacuum-sealed and folded for shipping. Any creases usually relax within a few days, and lightly steaming the fabric can help speed this up.

  • What if my cushion arrives damaged or wet?
  • Contact us immediately with photos. We will assist with replacements if damage occurs during transit.
