    • We produce cushions strictly according to the measurements you provide.
    Please double-check all dimensions (length, width, shape) before submitting your order. Accurate measurements ensure the best fit.
  • Why does the cushion arrive folded or wrinkled?+
    • This is normal. The cushion is vacuum-sealed and folded for shipping.
    After unpacking, allow 3–7 days for the foam to fully expand and wrinkles to relax. A garment steamer can help speed up the process.
