    • This is normal. The cushion is vacuum-sealed and folded for shipping.
    After unpacking, allow 3–7 days for the foam to fully expand and wrinkles to relax. A garment steamer can help speed up the process.
  • What does the fabric feel like? Is it durable?+
    • The fabric is a durable composite fleece, designed to be water-resistant and pet-friendly.
    It is sturdy and easy to clean, with a firmer texture than traditional velvet.
  • Is the cushion waterproof?+
    • The fabric is water-resistant, not fully waterproof.
    Small spills will bead on the surface briefly, allowing time to wipe them away. If liquid sits too long, it may soak through. The cover is removable and machine washable for easy care.
